Lacto Calamine Oil Balance Lotion for Combination to Normal Skin has been recently launched by the brand. It has been used from decades, so it needs no introduction. It has recently launched a skin range "Oil Balance" for normal to oily skin. It includes Oil Balance Face Wash, Face Scrub, Oil Balance Lotion for oily skin and also this Lacto Calamine Oil Balance Lotion for Combination to Normal Skin.

 The main ingredient of this lotion is Kaolin Clay. It has the ability to absorb excess oil without stripping the skin its essential oil. It also contains Glycerin, which is a natural humectant and it also hydrates the skin without making it oily. It also contains Zinc Oxide which is a mild soothing agent and acts as an antiseptic. It works wonders for the acne prone skin. The smell of the lotion is typical Lacto Calamine smell.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE-
Apply the lotion with dots across your face. Then massage for 1 to 2 minutes. Shake the bottle before use.

  • KAOLIN CLAY - It absorbs excess oil from the skin without removing essential oils. 
  • ZINC OXIDE - It helps in cleaning pores and preventing the pimple causing germs to come back. 
  • GLYCERIN - It prevents excess drying of the skin and retains natural moisture. 
  • Apart from Kaolin Clay, Zinc Oxide and Glycerin it also contains Aloe Vera which provides extra moisturization to the skin.

PACKAGING - 
Lacto Calamine Oil Balance Lotion for Combination to Normal Skin comes in the exact same packaging which used to be over decades. The new Lacto Calamine Oil Balance Lotion for Combination to Normal Skin comes in opaque white plastic bottle with a light green coloured screw lid. The lid is very tight which also makes it travel friendly. All the informations are mentioned on the bottle.



The lotion is light baby pink in colour and it smells the traditional Lacto Calamine smell which is light. Personally, I don't like much the smell of it but it is nice. The consistency is thick. Despite being thick, the lotion is runny because of its open mouth I guess. It would have been better if the product was in a flip top or tube packaging. It is hard to control the flow of the lotion.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH LACTO CALAMINE - 
I have been using this lotion from past 1year and I just love it. It spreads very easily and gets absorbed too quickly. It gives a matte look after application and hydrates the skin very well. The lotion keeps skin oil free for 4-5 hours. I have a sensitive skin and it works very good on my skin. Though it does not do anything to my pimples but it does moisturises my skin and does not make it oily or greasy.
